Cancellation Policy

CNC Property Services is committed to providing exceptional service. Unfortunately, when one customer cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another customer from being seen. Please call us at (937) 797-1304 or reach us via email at www.cncpropserv@gmail.com the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Canceling and Rescheduling: Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 24 HOURS hours before their scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late Cancellation: Cancellations may be considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 HOURS hours prior to the scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late cancellations may result in the customer being charged a fee of $65.00. Booking Fees: If you ever need to reschedule a reservation or appointment, don't worry about any booking fees. We've got you covered! Any charges incurred for scheduling can be fully refunded if you choose to reschedule for another day. Your convenience is our top priority and we want to make sure you have the flexibility you need. Provider Cancellation: In the event that we need to cancel your scheduled appointment or reservation, rest assured that we will inform you promptly. We understand the importance of keeping our customers informed and will do our best to minimize any inconvenience caused. Fee Waiver: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
